WOD for God

Working out to support mission work in 2020.

Workout Information

Choose your own adventure style:
150 total reps
Set of 10-20-30-40-50 of the following movements
Row Calories, Burpees, Box Jumps, Double Unders, Kettle Bell Swings

Each participant determines which movement gets what reps. One person might do 10 double unders, 20 row calories, 30 burpees, 40 box jumps, and 50 kettle bell swing. Another might choose to do 10 kettle bell swings, 20 burpees, 30 row calories, 40 box jumps, and 50 double unders. Both are valid for this workout.

How does this raise support for mission work?
Each supporter votes for a movement. The movement with the most dollars pledged will get 50 reps. Second place will get 40, and so on. There is no limit to how much you can pledge (minimum or maximum). Every dollar helps.

What about the pull-up?
In addition to the WOD for God, the event will also feature the “$100 pull-up.” Having not successfully done a pull-up in 30+ years, David will attempt to do a pull-up at the event on January 19th IF someone has chosen to support this option.
