Sponsor A Movement

Play Along

Working out is always more fun with friends! If you can come to the gym on the day of the event, we’ll have coaches on site to help you join in! Each movement can be scaled (for example, do “normal” jumping rope instead of double-unders), and you don’t even have to do the same number of reps that I do. Show up and get moving. They gym has graciously agreed to waive their normal drop-in fee, so your entire donation will go toward supporting missions. For a donation of at least $40, you’ll even get an awesome “Fit For Mission” shirt. Nevermind! You can buy your own shirt here: Fit For Mission. Sign-up information is coming soon.

If you aren’t in the Tulsa area and want to play along, feel free! These exercises are designed to be done pretty much anywhere. If you don’t have access to a bike, box, or kettle bells, we’ll come up with different movements for you.

Cheer Squad

Encouragement is fuel and enthusiasm is contagious. Come on down for the event and help count reps, cheer the athletes on, and just join in on the fun. Donations are encouraged but not required.
